Measure late
End of day / after activity when feet are largest

Heel to wall
Stand, heel against wall, weight on foot

Longest toe
Big toe OR second toe — whichever is longer

Use larger foot
Size for the bigger foot

Steps:

Put a sheet of paper against a wall.
Stand naturally, heel touching the wall.
Mark the tip of the longest toe on both feet.
Measure wall → mark in cm; take the larger number.
Match foot length to the EU size in the chart.
Toe socks? Add volume — size up if between sizes.
Feet differ > 0.4 cm or second toe > 0.4 cm longer than big toe → precise fit is harder.

Feel check: toes should sit in their own pockets without cramping; heel snug, not slipping; a light toe-touch at rest is OK, painful pushing is not.
